Day two - morning in Kauai

So good morning! I hope everyone is well so far this week and having a great time doing whatever it is you’re doing! Working hard to read blogs on the beach so I can keep up with what everyone is doing!

As promised we went back last night to dinner at Keiko’s Paradise. It was phenomenal food as always… I got the fish tacos pictured below...

Here is a view of the restaurant… It was even cuter lit up at night and they had a live band-they were awesome too!!

In the morning we headed back to our favorite place called the Anuenue Cafe and noticed this shrine on the side of the road...

Once we arrived at the Anuenue Cafe, I got the French toast… That Cube laying on top is actually coconut pudding. It was so fantastic on the French toast! Yum!!!


We had our tube ride Scheduled for today So we decided to head up there early and make a pit stop at the local legends spot called Menehune Fishpond!
