Thankful Thursday

Happy Thursday!!!

I am thrilled to be joining in on Thankful Thursday hosted by Rebecca Jo at Knit By God's Hand!

I just got back from vacation and my car broke down...SOOOOO...

I am thankful that the car is still under warranty...

I am thankful that the dealership gave me a rental to use until it is fixed. It is a BIG rental but a rental all the same! I feel like I am driving a bus compared to my Honda Civic.  Th most confusing part is that I keep hopping in the car and looking for the start button buy you have to actually put the key IN the ignition...old school! But regardless, so thankful for my borrowed Caspian Blue (I am assuming it is named after the Caspian Sea??) Nissan Rogue! HA!

I am also thankful that I get to spend time with my sister and her kids this weekend!!! This weekend I will be heading to Columbus, Ohio - Saturday is her oldest daughters volleyball competition and then another dance competition for both girls on Sunday - so I am heading out there to help however I can! So excited!!! We get top try out the girls new changing tent too!!! YIPPEE!

I am thankful for each and every one of you that inspire me everyday with your posts and comments!! HUGS to you all!

Have a great and Thankful Thursday!!!! Hugs to you all!

  1. Nice ride. Nissan's are good vehicles, but Honda's are better. We have a Honda and we love it.

Have a fabulous Thankful Thursday. ♥

  2. Glad the car is still under warranty and you have a loaner to get you from point A to B. I am old school and specifically requested a key in the ignition versus button start when we purchased the new wheels in December. I hope you have a fabulous weekend!

  5. It is character building when you have to drive a different car but does make you appreciate your own when you next drive it. Enjoy the volleyball and dancing.

  14. Good to have a warranty. I had to laugh about using a key being old school. I am old school. My first experience of a non key car was when we arrived in Sydney Australia after a long flight. Me, hubby, daughter and her wife and their 7 month old son. It took us ages to get the luggage to fit in the car and then I got in and was like what? How do I get it to go?!

    1. Yes Wendy! I was so happy that it was still under warranty! That story is hilarious! That same kind of thing happened to me when I rented a car and could not get the gas tank open!!! It has a button to POP IT!!! Who knew!??!?! HA AH! Have a great day!
