Week 5 - Weigh in Wednesday

Hi! I hope you are all having an amazing week so far!! I hope everyone enjoyed their August as much as I have also! However....soooo not ready for Fall and Halloween yet :-)

But alas....we cannot stop time and ...

It's that time again! I am still weighing myself everyday and I have decided that, for now, that is A-OK! The scale is moving in the right direction week after week finally!

Time for Weigh in Wednesday!

No cheats again this week! I hit 20 pounds lost this week and I have decided to hold off on giving myself some little reward...not sure when I will now...maybe at goal! HA HA Do you reward yourself at all??? So, here I go!

I started on July 24, 2016 and have lost 21.2 pounds since then.

From last Wednesday to this Wednesday I have lost 3.3 pounds. I seem to be pretty consistent with the approx 3 pounds a week?

I have been watching. measuring and recording everything I eat and making sure to get at least 10,000 steps a day and drink my water! This week I have also found the time to add in two or three classes of Pure Barre along with my running/jogging/walking training for the half marathon in October at Hershey.

I really need your help!!! Please, won't you join me and this check in to stay accountable!? Spread the word and let's all help keep each other motivated!!!

  1. I am back on track since Monday! I'm trying some iifym, what an eye opener that is. Who knew vegetables had so many carbs lol

    1. Hi Julie!!!! What is iifym? I am counting calories in and calories out which is what I remember you did before, right? I am sticking between 1200 and 1400 a day total and it seems to be working great for now. So happy you are back on track too!!! Doesn't it feel so much better?!?!?
