Potty funeral

Hi All!

Hope everyone had an awesome weekend - I KNOW I DID!
I am back from meeting my new nephew (Brody Matthew) - he is such a cutie pie!!!

His little sister Madelyn was hilariously indifferent to him which I guess is better than her pinching and twaping him, hugh?

My sister and brother-in-law hooked him up with a totally cool newborn gift of his first BMW (his initials are BMW - get it?)...hopefully when he grows up his parents will keep that trend going~

Also, when I was gone, cat treat died....he was my new betta fish and he was swimming kinda funny when I left but I never expected DEATH!!!

I came home and he was floating vertically and stiff - So, I said a prayer and flushed his dead little self down the potty - I will be stopping on the way home to get a new pet for the tank.....turtle? fish? frog?....

Not sure yet but will let you know with a photo ASAP! Bettas are officially off my list...I am obviously a betta fish killer and should not be trusted to own one!

We are having an Employee Appreciation Day here at my company in Pittsburgh and it is the St. patty's theme!!!


I ordered everything and got it all organized this time - it has been soooo fun spending money on the CORPORATE card and not mine - LOL!!!


I did a desk drop-off of Sarris chocolates (the BEST chocolate in the WORLD) this am so everyone had both of these on their desk this AM when they got to work...

It took me three 1/2 hours last night before I went to the gym...we have over 400 employees here in my building alone!!

Then today we are having Popcorn from the Pittsburgh Popcorn Company....YUM!!! Caramel, Green Kettle and Cheese!!!! yippee!!!!

New Nephew (Baby Boy) Born

BABY BOY...

My little brother and my SIL had their second child this morning. Their first daughter, Madelyn, is now a big sister and she just had her one year old birthday party!

He was born at 4:23 this AM - March 15th.

He is 9lbs and 2oz and 22 1/2in. long

Will update post when they announce the name - someday....LOL!!!

A new place to lay...

This is my new bed this is going to be delivered Saturday morning...yeah!!!

This is my new dresser that was delivered last week...yeah!!!!!!!!!

This is my new comforter that was delivered last week...yeah!!!!!!!!!

And this is Bella from Twilight series sleeping on my comforter....did not buy this because of this but I think it is cool anyway :-) yeah!!!!!

And finally this is my new lamp that PERFECTLY matches the confirter set that I bought today....yeah!!!!!!!!

OKAY - NOW BACK TO WORK to pay for al this new AWESOME stuff!!!!

After the bed is delivered this weekend...I will post pictures of everything together in the room - yippee!!!

WOW!!!!

Time flies!

Sadly, this is my first post since last weeks weigh-in.

I had my second weigh-in and I was down 2 pounds...I was a bit disappointed but then when I reflected on the week; it was not too bad. I ate A LOT of cheese last Sunday at my niece Madelyn's birthday party since I was starving and was avoiding cake - LOL!!! Also, I only walked two days during the week and that was slow walking.



So, to combat that and ensure a bigger loss (I know, Weight Watchers says stick with 2 a week but I like more than that! MORE MORE MORE I say! :-) ) I already jogged two days (Saturday and Sunday for an hour each day)...see, motivation...YEAH~

Anyway, we shall see how the rest of the week goes but I am off to a good start!

I wanted to give you some kind of photo so I will leave you with this....had an awesome dream about this man last night (yes, we were playing frisbee and hanging out in his back yard in Michigan and then his friend pulled me aside and said he has a crush on me - LOL!!!!! Oh, how I love a great dream!!!!!!!!)

Well, it is weigh in day!!! I did not blog about this until now for a reason. I just rejoined Weight Watchers last week and am sooo exicted! I can;t figure out what I waited so long for - except I am cheap and did not want to spend the money! I have done soooo well all week! Weight Watchers works for me - I lost a lot a couple years ago and then just gradually lost all my good portion control habits and regained about half of it back over two years....well, time to take control again - I rejoined last Saturday!!!

Soooooooooo...Actually tomorrow is weigh in day but as I am leaving for Columbus tomorrow morning at 5AM for a baby sprinkle and family stuff...I weighed in a day early!! At first I thought I would find somewhere in Columbus to weigh in but then decided I want to be able to enjoy the day with my family and not be worried about finding a weight watchers meeting. Plus, next weeks weight in should be even better as I will have an extra day of loss!!! YIPPEE!!!

Soooo..........here it is..................I lost 4.4 pounds this week!!!!!!!

I will be back with many awesome photo posts as I will have family fun photos, photos of the baby "sprinkle" (has anyone else ever heard of this?-LOL) and ny adorable niece Madelyn's first birthday party!!!!!!! YIPPEE!!!!!!!!!! Lots of fun pictures after this weekend!

Sandbox Update

Nothing new to report from my life today so I figured I would give you a desk sandbox update...

It appears that a wayward sea turtle has found its way here to my desk!! YIPPEE!!! Hopefully he is tame and will not eat my people!!

Also, it appears that there was some form of gang warfare and someone was left behind...look closely below and you will see the issue....apparently he is not crying out to load as my people is sun bathing and does not seem too concerned...
