Week 7 - Weigh in Wednesday

Hi everyone!  It's that time again!


Time for Weigh in Wednesday results!

I started on July 24, 2016 and have lost 22.4 pounds since then.

From last Wednesday to this Wednesday I have lost 1 pound. UGH!!!!! I am watching and not cheating and drinking water and exercising and I feel like I should have lost more than that!!! I know I should be happy that it is still gonig down but WOW...only 1 pound! Oh well, I will take it and hope for more next week!

I have been watching. measuring and recording everything I eat and making sure to get at least 10,000 steps a day and drink my water! This week I have also found the time to add in two or three classes of Pure Barre along with my running/jogging/walking training for the half marathon in October at Hershey.

I really need your help!!! Please, won't you join me and this check in to stay accountable!? Spread the word and let's all help keep each other motivated!!!

  2. I just started trying harder this week! I'm not weighing in though... I got obsessed with the scales the last time I lost weight, and I don't want to do that again. I'm logging my food and exercise on Myfitnesspal and just praying my clothes start feeling better. ;) You go girl! If I could lose 20+ pounds in the same length of time as you, I'd be over the moon excited!!

    1. Hi Jill! Thanks for stopping by and for your encouraging comments! I know - I really am excited to finally be sticking to losing the weight again but it is disco9uraging when you don't cheat at all and hardly lose at all. But, I just have to keep it up and eventually I'll get to goal! Hang in there! Please stop by again next week and let me know how it is going!?!?! Logging what I eat is definitely the most important thing to me also!
