Getting Serious

Okay! Time to get serious!

So you all know I have this lovely fractured toe...I think I at least poasted that.  It stinks. I have been unble to do anything exercise wise for two weeks already and I have another 4 to go!!!! WOWSA!!! I go to work and then go home and eat! At this rate I will gain 50 pounds before this air cast goes away!!!

Hense, time to get serious! Below is my actual toe! This is the double fracture. I have highlighted it in yellow...pretty cool, hugh? It is fractured across and down the first big tow bone. FUN FUN FUN

I am again STARTING TODAY tracking all my calories and trying to keep them as low as possible and I will be recording my weigh in loss (hopefully no gains) weekly as a blog post on Tuesdays.  Just to keeop myself in check!

Also, I tried this interesting new product that was endorsed by Dr. Oz. It is called SeroVital-hgh.  I have taken it for two days so far and this is the product info....

But is it worth it? Reducing wrinkles, decreasing body fat, increasing lean muscle mass, strengthening bones, boosting mood, while giving you plenty of energy and improving sex drive should be a no brainer. However, make no mistake about it, the “established” medical community (and, of course, they know everything) would say its benefits are largely anecdotal, with research that’s preliminary. But there’s no denying that something that has a chance of making you look and feel decades, not years, but DECADES younger, is... at the very least... irresistible.

I have to take this packet of four pills each morning two hours before I eat.  And that is it. For all that above hype-yippee!!!! Anyway, this is NOT an endorsed post. I decided to post this to be able to check out the progress on this. Each day I am going to post a picture of myself without makeup really close up to see if I can see any differences at all after one month. Then decide if I want to continue using the pills. It is a little costly which is why I want documented proof that it either does or does not make a difference.

So, off we go on this new adventure.....come along for the ride (but be prepared for some serious not-pretty closeups)....hee hee!
