I have to say, being in the "50 Club" isn't bad. Except, of course, for menopause, which is when my weight began to increase. I had always been very thin (too thin, actually), but after menopause, the weight has steadily increased.<br /><br />I am on a mission to lose 40 pounds, but since my blog isn't devoted to losing weight, I don't really have anything to add to your link-up. <br /><br />Nonnie mentioned Weight Watchers. That is what I am starting to do. Two years ago, my sister-in-law lost 40 pounds by following WW.
